I have been bringing my dog Nugget to All creatures for about a year now. The first time was due to a flare up of a disease. They were able to get Nugget into the office within a reasonable amount of time and actually listened to what I told them! They took great care of him, and my bill was not outrageous at all! Today we came back to get his yearly exam, flea/tick, and heartwood medicine. While I did have to wait outside, the assistants were very gentle when they picked up Nugget, and the Dr. called me after his exam. She really took her time to explain any concerns and update me will all the info. It can sometimes be overwhelming to hear it all and understand, but she was very kind and patient. She re-explained anything I asked, and gave wonderful suggestions. I never feel like I’m being ripped off or lied to about the services done at ACVS! I was highly recommended to this practice from someone who has come here for years, and I will recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!
